This case study has been developed to be distributed to students
through PC, iPad, iPhone or other mobile devices. Its architecture is
multimedia based and designed for classroom and/or individual self-
directed learning.

The electronic version of the case study and teaching guide adds a
further dimension to case teaching. Unlike the paper based case study
the electronic version allows suggestions and pointers to be embedded
in the e-case. Likewise, the teaching guide attempts to show how
theory and practice can be married to provide a rounder appreciation
of what is going on and how their combination can provide a more
comprehensive answer to the questions posed.
