TEACHING GUIDE
This case study has been developed to be distributed to
students through PC, iPad, iPhone or other mobile
devices. Its architecture is multimedia based and
designed for classroom and/or individual self-directed
learning.
Case Usage
The case was developed and used with both under
graduate and post graduate students (preferably at the
mid to late parts of the course). It is a case designed to
allow in-class work to be carried out and discussion to be
developed in general or through specific role allocation.
