                                position in 2017, with 25% of those surveyed


                                (Temenos survey: ref 9) indicating that digital
                                channels was where money is flowing. As was

                                the case last year, innovation was the second

                                most mentioned priority at 22% of those

                                surveyed. IT modernization (19%) rounded out

                                the top three priorities, down slightly compared

                 Where, mergers and acquisitions were the least

                 mentioned priority, with just 2% in the Temenos Survey

                 ‘retaining customer loyalty’ remained the top corporate

                 challenge for bankers.
