Case Guide

This case study has been developed to be distributed to students
through PC, iPad, iPhone or other mobile devices. Its architecture is
multimedia based and designed for classroom and/or individual self-

directed learning.

The electronic version of the case study and teaching guide adds a
further dimension to case teaching. Unlike the paper-based case study

the electronic version allows suggestions and pointers to be embedded
in the e-case. Likewise, the teaching guide attempts to show how theory

and practice can be married to provide a rounder appreciation of what is
going on and how their combination can provide a more comprehensive
answer to the questions posed.
