Who’s been prosecuted in the UK?
LIBOR
The UK’s Serious Fraud Office (SFO) have brought charges against 13 people as part of their
investigations into LIBOR-rigging. Of those, eight have been acquitted, four have been found guilty,
and one pleaded guilty.
