Dear Jim,

I have gone through the questions you sent me. I hope these are the answers you are
looking for.

1: What business do you see the company being in?

1-a.: Initially Euro-ATS will start with UV technology as you know we are
targetting the UV market in Asia, Europe and Africa.

You seem to be collecting patents but how are they to be commercialised and
exploited?

1-b. : I have a very strong network of Scientist and Researchers. Most of them
are known to me in personal and professional level. It will not be correct to say
that I am collecting patents rather the scientists and researchers have
expressed their interest in working with Euro-ATS and I have shared this
information with you. The matter of commercialising and using the patents for
business purpose can be discussed and a proper strategy can be developed
after doing all reletated and relevant homework but at this moment the company
is only focusing on UV technology.

Are you going to manufacture these items or what?

1-c.: Euro-ATS has been set up with the intention of promoting and selling uv
devices in the international market. Euro-ATS will also seek opportunities for
developing its product protfolio and bringing out new technologies to address
the demand of the market.

2: What is your relationship with the Russian Scientists?

How did you meet them and what say do they have over the operations of E-ATS?
How do you see this relationship developing?

2-a.: As you know one of the scientists is a owner of the company. The
scientists are as serious about the business as we are. Both of us (me and the
russian scientist) have been working together for quite a long time to set-up our
own business. The russian scientist possesses 35% of total share of the
company.

Have you arranged for the assignment of the contracts with all concerned?

2-b.: As you are also an integral part of the company we will do the things after
discussing it with you. As such we have not done anything on this topic as you
were looking after the matter. But there is no problem in getting the things done. I
will discuss with you about it in our next meeting between you and me.
