1: if the case solution is held in a solution bank then it will be generic and
               will be unlikely to satisfy the questions set
               2: cases themselves have a limited self life both in terms of the student
               expectation and curriculum development

               or if they are bespoke:


               1: cases are a snapshot in time
               2: cases cover a variety of theory bases which any one could be the focus
               for examination.
               3: Cases may be used on both an individual or group assessment.
               4: cases are unique to the time and context of their time-line
               5: costs will be high for bespoke solutions on unpublished cases
               6: the work involved in solution generation to unpublished cases will be
               high as one size does not fit all
