seems to indicate that there is no ethical policy in place to help guide
decisions.

Little to no information is given about the company and its performance so
some educated guesses need to be taken.

Case Usage

The case was developed and used with both under graduate and post
graduate students (preferably at the beginning of the course). It is a short

case designed to allow in-class work to be carried out and discussion to be
developed in general or through specific role allocation.

However, he genesis is on MBA level courses where it has developed over
time and proved very successful.

Although there appears to be a contradiction in the usage level of the case
there is in fact no dichotomy as the case is delivered in multimedia format
which allows the lecturer to use the case over a major part of the course

whether it is undergraduate or post graduate dipping in and referring back
to the embedded materials.
