The Boulder City Municipal Airport is a general aviation airport designed to accommodate single engine and light twin engine planes and small private jets. Boulder City oversees and maintains the airport through a xed base operator lease agreement to operate the airport. The airport is located two miles south of Boulder City Parkway and west of Buchanan Boulevard. It is currently home to four helicopter tour operators, multiple xed-wing operators, emergency aviation services and skydiving opportunities.

A seven-mile round-trip railway ride originating in Boulder City lasts approximately 45 minutes. During the ride, passengers experience great views of the sprawling El Dorado Valley, the Colorado River and McCullough Mountain Ranges.
