Ishaq ibn Ibrahim has told us: Mu'adz ibn Hisyam reported to us: My father told me, from Yahya ibn
Abu Katsir: Abu Salamah told us, from ' Aisyah ibn ' Anha, he said: Messenger of Allaah ' alaihi wa
sallam never fasted in one month in a year more than in the month of Sha'baan. He said, "Do the
practices you are willing to have because God is not bored until you get bored." And he said, "the most
beloved practice of God is that one has to do continuously even a little." (NARRATED by Al-Bukhaari
