England Furniture Company, like many businesses today, started from humble
beginnings. In 1964, England began with 3 employees and has since grown to employ
over 1,400 people in East Tennessee, operating with over 1,000,000 square feet of
manufacturing space. A recent expansion into Dryden, Virginia created even more job
opportunity for those who call Southwest Virginia and the Appalachian region home.
At England, we work with talented craftsmen, who like the generation before
them, continue the time-honored tradition of making quality, custom furniture. Each
piece is carefully inspected to ensure that everything meets the standards that
England has built its reputation on for over 50 years.
Having long been recognized for our quality, customer service, and rapid
delivery system, England attracted the attention of La-Z-Boy Incorporated and
in 1995 England was integrated into their family of companies.
The art of making handmade furniture is alive in Tennessee and we are
proud to bring this tradition to your home.
