Total Management System (TMS)




          TMS is the tool used by the company to drive consistency in

          all aspects of our business, both onshore and offshore

          operations.






























          TMS shall:


          • give management, employees, customers and other
              interested parties, clear and consistent management

              information and direction


          • be the basis for continual improvements of work processes
              and methods


          • contribute to the elimination of unnecessary costs and

              generate maximum revenue




          TMS shall enable the quick and easy retrieval of information

          (Policy, Standards, Procedures and Safe Work Instructions /

          Detailed Instructions), ensuring that all employees can find
          the governing information required to ensure that a

          requirement is achieved, or a job is done properly and in

          accordance with SEB standards.
