Garrett McClean

Garrett has over 17 years’ experience within the industrial and logistics property sector and has been on the CBRE EMEA industrial and logistics executive committee since 2005. He is a qualified member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in surveying in 1999. Garrett’s current role focuses on large multi-market acquisition/disposal instructions, primarily on
behalf of logistics based occupier clients, where he focuses on delivering savings and best results for his clients.

Previously she was associate director at Waterman
Boreham Transport Planning where she worked on a range of public and private sector development planning projects from commercial, retail, leisure, health care, education and residential.
