Care •REGULATORS: establish and enforce scope of practice and standard of care
•CLINICIANS: responsible to determine and follow standards of care
•PATIENTS: trust clinicians to know and follow standards of care
Industry is not privileged to determine standards of care
State Boards (in all professions) are on very thin ice in this
arena
