This model is not “God of the gaps.
” It is science illuminated by revelation.
The Qur
ʾān provides the beacon: clay, form, spirit, knowledge, descent.
Science provides the evidence: genetic markers, fossil anatomy,
archaeological ignition.
Together they form a valid scientific framework:
Beacon (Revelation) → direction
Hypothesis → threshold-like ignition
Proxy Evidence → archaeology, genetics, demography
Prediction → no continuous symbols before ~70 ka
Test → excavation, sequencing, modeling
Falsifier → continuous symbolic record far earlier
