This diagram shows how the Qur
ān functions as a beacon for scientific methodology. Beginning with the
genomic foundation (~254 ka), revelation provides direction (clay → form → spirit → names). From
this arises a hypothesis(threshold-like ignition in cognition), tested through proxy evidence (archaeology,
genetics, demography), and validated by prediction (no continuous symbols before ~70 ka). Testing
occurs through excavation and genomic sequencing, and the model remains falsifiable — it must be
revised if continuous symbolic evidence is found far earlier. This framework demonstrates that APH is
not “God of the gaps” but a rigorous, evidence-driven methodology where revelation and science converge.
