Apply  this  technique  anytime  you  feel  stressed,

               frustrated, sad, angry, rejected or experience pain.

               After a round, ask yourself whether you are still at
               the level you were before: “On a level of 0 to 10,

               where am I now?”

               Continue the process until you get to level 0.

               You can also do this exercise in the morning when
               you wake up… and before you go to bed at night.


               In  the  morning,  ask  yourself,  “What  challenge(s)
               am I expecting to face? Check the level of intensity
               and do the Tapping Sequence until you get to 0.


               At  night,  review  your  day,  and  do  the  Tapping
               Sequence on any event which rattled you, until you
               get to 0.


               Doing  this  will  prevent  negative  energy
               accumulation.
