Finest Image Company Limited is one of the fastest growing marketing agencies that give out its
services in Tanzania. We are a small team bursting with fresh ideas that bring your company, product,
or service to life and creating customer loyalty. Finest Image Company Limited started as a sole
proprietorship business in 2013 bear the name of Finest Investment (as per the attached Registration
docs) before extended into a Limited Company 2018 as Finest Image Company Limited.

We love our promotional genius and coming up with ideas that will inspire you. We understand and
know how to make products irresistible and create desires as from the word itself ‘finest’ in its
superlatively that connotes something of “high quality in a satisfactory or pleasing manner”

We are offering Printing Solutions, Fabrication Solutions, Branding Solutions, Digital Marketing
Solutions and Experiential Solutions as clearly seen in the attached profile.

We help our clients to reach the audiences that matter the most to them and we do it by researching,
listening, being on the other side (customer’s side) and treating their businesses like our own. Our
squad is of experienced professionals and with different contextual, creativity and quality skills. We

ABOUT TCDC

Tanzania Communication and Development Center (TCDC) is a local NGO formed as a spin -off of
the John Hopkins Bloomberg Scholl of Public Health Center for Communication Programs (JHUCCP),
empowering Tanzanian Households and communities through social behavior change communication
(SBCC), SMART Advocacy geared towards social development.

Tanzania Communication and Development Center (TCDC) has set aside funds for its operations
during financial year 2020/2021 an it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible
payments under the contract for which the invitation is issued.

Currently TCDC implements Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) programs with projects
on Malaria, HIV Aids, Maternal and Child Health (MCH), Family Planning, Reproductive child and
maternal adolescence.
