Enel Green Power North America Signs Agreement With Lululemon To




                   Achieve 100 Percent Renewable Electricity Goal For Lululemon's





                   Direct Operations In North America



                   - Enel Green Power North America and lululemon signed a 15 megawatt
                   virtual purchase agreement for renewable energy from the Azure Sky
                   wind project


                   - The energy purchased is equivalent to the electricity needed to power
                   100 percent of lululemon's direct operations in North America, including
                   380 stores, 6 offices and 5 distribution centers, and helps lululemon
                   achieve its climate change goals around carbon reduction.





                   Impetus plans Good Earth Cotton collection-Paving the way for cotton





                   to sequester more carbon than it emits across its entire growth





                   lifecycle.


                   Leading Portuguese textile company Impetus is planning to launch a

                   premium carbon positive and traceable intimates collection, made with
                   cotton from the world’s first carbon positive Good Earth Cotton farm in
                   Moree, Northern New South Wales, Australia.


                   Good Earth Cotton paves the way for cotton farming to be carbon
                   positive, traceable and low impact, sequestering more carbon than it
                   emits across its entire growth lifecycle.
