PROJECT COST Finkbine Golf Course is an 18-hole public golf course, home
$9.95 Million to the University of Iowa’s Men’s and Women’s Collegiate Golf
teams, that spreads over 200 acres of rolling Iowa terrain. Two
PROJECT TYPE (2) new putting greens compliment the large driving range to

Clubhouse - New Construction help golfers work on their games and the new Nagle Family
Clubhouse offers a more expansive, high end golf shop.

Master Planning
Prior to joining FGMA, Dan Nicholas provided leadership for the
development and implementation of the master plan Through
operational efficiencies, proven marketing programs and a
hyper-focus on guest service and satisfaction, Finkbine looked to
improve an already outstanding golf property.

The nearly 400% gross area increase from the existing 54-year-
old clubhouse adds additional kitchen, dining, and other
hospitality services complimentary to the University’s golf course.
The 19,000-square-foot Nagle Family Clubhouse facility features
new amenities such as a bar, restaurant, outdoor patio area, and
a conference room and provides an opportunities to host NCAA
college golf events.
