St. Louis Region:

               FY 22 Goals

                   1.   Gain a better understanding of the PK-12 market in Missouri / Missouri growth
                          a.  Review projected population growth within municipalities and districts along the I-70
                              corridor to better understand where growth is occurring and why. Better understand
                              where and what type of population growth is occurring to prioritize districts FGMA
                              could partner well with.
                          b.  Review planned bond programs for the public districts within 120 mile radius of the St.
                              Louis office. Identify districts with upcoming projects and to prioritize leads.
                          c.  Build relationships with administrators and decision makers within the rural Missouri
                              districts.
                          d.  Speak at districts at career fairs/ career nights about the architecture field and the
                              many opportunities available within profession.
                          e.  Increase FGMA hit rate on interviews. Add one new PK-12 Districts in Missouri.
                   2.  Build FGMA's PK-12 thought leadership team
                          a.  Write one article developed research with a District Administrator. Develop further
                              relationships with a district and our long-term goals.
                          b.  Attend and vend at least 2 Missouri school district conferences and maintain presence
                              at conferences in Illinois.
                          c.  Focus StL PK-12 leadership team and their responsibilities.  Build core team to strength
                              FGMA's network and 'hit rate'.
                   3.  Strengthen PK-12 design team and production staff
                          a.  Strengthen PK-12 experience.
                                  i.  Engage and empower team members to find and execute their passion
                          b.  Train staff on the differences between IL and MO school and district from project
                              conception to completion. Hold internal training to educate staff on the different goal
                              posts for each state to achieve a successful project.
                          c.  Attend conferences with experienced and inexperienced FGMA team. Build
                              experience for some team members while also proactively marketing.
                          d.  Set up PM's for All clients under PIC's. Set Up PIC's over the next year strategically on
                              Art's, Tim's and Kevin's Clients for continuation.  Continue the search for more PA's
                              and PM's.
                          e.  Address challenges related to PM Overload / PIC Overload.
                          f.  Continue to share knowledge on Illinois School formalities such as IWAS.
                          g.  Retain current PK-12 Clients
                          h.  Retaining existing PK-12 Clients


               Retaining existing PK-12 Clients 2022 Accomplishments

                   1.  Awarded 2022 Interior Design Excellence Award, K-12 Category IIDA Gateway Chapter for the
                       design of McKelvey Primary Center
                   2.  Strategically widened conference footprint to maximize to better encompass range of clients
                   3.  Strengthened PK-12 Design Team and Production Staff through new experiences
                          a.  Invited funding experts to present
                          b.  Included more team members into marketing events
                          c.  Increased participation in client experiences such as budget meetings, board
                              meetings, site visits and more.
