KJWW ENGINEERING – OFFICE RENOVATION
KJWW, one of our long time MEP Engineering consultants, hired FGM to provide interior upgrades
to their office. The renovation to the core of their space included new paint colors, flooring, a
metal mesh curtain behind the reception desk and wall panels at the circulation paths.
BAXTER & WOODMAN – OFFICE RENOVATION
About 10 years ago, FGM designed an addition to the rear of Baxter and Woodman’s corporate
office building in Crystal Lake. After recently completing an internal branding effort, they
contacted FGM to renovate and update their entry/lobby to better represent their new corporate
image and to give it a more modern appearance. The project consisted of all new finishes, a
reception desk, a remodel to the main conference room and an additional new secondary
conference space. It also studied the renovation of their break area to become a work café
space.
