P. 17

By 2025 FGMA will;

                      be on a journey to achieve a net revenue over $40 million by 2030;
                       Our net revenue increased this
                       year to $28.653 million, up from
                       roughly $20.5 million in the last
                       two years. We project over $35
                       million in net revenue during FY
                       2023, partially based on a
                       backlog of $32.9 million as of
                       September 30, 2022. This is
                       impressive, we should all be
                       proud. We should also be careful
                       of the work we are taking on,
                       selective in the clients we work
                       for, delay start dates for work
                       where possible, and try to grow
                       strategically. Discuss these
                       criteria with your Managing
                       Directors and Practice Leaders
                       when deciding whether to go after a project. Take on projects that will move the needle forward.
                       And we will continue to hire appropriate staff to help us complete the projects. We know that
                       there is still a lot of covid money available for projects in the public realm, much of it now just
                       coming to market.

                      invest more growth resources
                       outside of Illinois;
                       We have invested in many growth
                       opportunities outside of Illinois
                       this past year, beginning with the
                       acquisition of LEWA, and
                       continuing with multiple strategic,
                       principal level hires for the PK-12
                       and Municipal Practices in Texas.
                       We have opened an office in Fort
                       Worth, Texas to support some of
                       those hires, also expanding our
                       geographic reach. Our success in
                       acquiring public safety and golf
                       clubhouse projects, due in part to
                       previous strategic hires, across
                       Texas and the Southwest has
                       been impressive this past year.
                       We especially believe our FGMA and LEWA combined public safety and multifamily expertise,
                       existing business partners and client relationships have the promise to help this region flourish.
