Dear Mr. Boone:

We are excited to submit our response to provide architectural design services for the Aldi
Corporate Office Renovation and Expansion project. The relationship FGM Architects (FGMA)
has with AM King and Aldi is one that we value greatly.

Our completed work, most recently in Aurora and Naperville, has been exciting and
rewarding for us. Mike Becker and I admire the professionalism and camaraderie our firms
have experienced together on these projects. Of course, our history goes back even further
with FGMA having designed the two most recent additions to the Aldi Corporate campus.
Therefore, an opportunity to work with you and Aldi on this next phase of the corporate
campus is something we would cherish.

Enclosed, please find our response to the RFP as well as supplemental information which
is included at the end of this document. We have balanced an expeditious schedule with a
competitive fee. After a review of the proposal, we look forward to the opportunity to meet
with you and the selection committee to review the information in more depth and answer any
questions you may have.
