Measuring Success

Success will be achieved by building relationships and
reputation for our expertise, thought leadership and design
excellence. These continue for FY23:

• Continue to set an upward track that gets us back
to a 2013 volume

• Continue to establish ourselves as trusted advisors
with current long-term clients by winning more
work with larger scope

• Expand roles and experience for staff and train the
next generation

• Cultivate new relationships and win new clients
• Recruit talent with established relationships and
expertise
• Achieve a desired balance of type of work that is
profitable and supports the practice area and firm
• Pursue Work that expands the practice area’s reach
with a minimum of 50% of projects coming from
outside of Illinois by 2027
• Establish FGMA as a National Higher Ed leader
