The devastation caused by the catastrophic bushfires in Australia has been
horrific, with millions of animals killed or badly injured. Mandy Murray, an
Aussie pattern designer, struggled with the scale of this devastation and
decided to fundraise to help the animals. Elton, a Koala from one of Mandy’s
applique designs, wants to help his furry friends.

For the entire month of
January 2020, 100% of the sales made from Mandy’s PDF pattern, Koala Pop
will be donated directly to the WIRES Wildlife Rescue. Every dollar is off to an
amazing nonprofit organization which is working tirelessly to help the precious
Aussie animals. Anything made with this fun and quirky koala pattern is sure to
brighten the day of many and we’re all excited to see what everyone creates!
