1 Tbsp rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp flaxseed
The Mocha 1 Cup Almond milk Mango Tango
(or milk of choice)
1 Banana Place all ingredients ½ C fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp rolled oats into blender or food mango
2 Tbsp cacao powder processor and blend 1 orange – peeled and
1 dbl shot of espresso until smooth. Enjoy in segments
coffee of choice from your favourite ¼ C passionfruit pulp
1 Cup Almond milk (or smoothie cup. 2 Tbs coconut
milk of choice) 1 Tbs Greek yoghurt
