- Assisting tenants in uploading their documents to the relevant portals (eg: U-link)
- Rent collections and arrears (NSFAS, Cash or Bursary)
- Updating of tenants rent history on the JZT Software integrated with TPN Credit Bureau
- General day to day administration and communication
- Managing of prepaid electricity and water where applicable
- Digital Marketing and Campaigns
- Implementing and Managing of House Committees
- Planning of events and entertainment for tenants (eg: Movie nights, Game nights, Sporting events,
Spring bashes, welcoming events and year end functions)
- Weekly Property & Maintenance Management Reports
- Monthly property and room inspections including pictures and checklist.
- Overseeing of staff where applicable (Eg: Gardening, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Security)
- Making Recommendations on repairs and Maintenance that require long term nancial planning
and project management.
- Requesting and submitting of quotations for maintenance stock or materials where needed
- Overseeing appointed and preferred contractors from time to time
