Conditions and guidelines:
• Basic exhibitor badges do not allow access to scientific sessions of the congress except for the sessions sponsored
by the exhibitor.
• Scientific exhibitor badges allow to access EASL scientific programme sessions.
• Price for additional basic exhibitor badges is 200 € excluding VAT.
• Exhibition spaces will be assigned in line with the sponsor ranking (priority status).
• Deadline for application with priority status: 17 September 2024.
• Any exhibition space includes a dedicated basic exhibitor profile with a high exposure on the EASL Congress platform.
• Exhibition raw space orders are specified in square meters. Lenght and width of customised stands must be assigned
in increments of 3.
