UICT HOLISTIC EDUCATION CENTRES
AALIM COURSES
The UICT Aalim course is a comprehensive study of the Religious Sciences, the breadth of which includes entire religious subjects. Every student graduating from the Aalim Course, joins the family of UICT.
Courses are offered in a traditional environment with students attending on a full-time basis, receiving direct instruction from qualified Aalims.
UICT, as a humanitarian organisation, develops projects that provide permanent holistic solutions to one of Africa’s greatest challenges – education. In our exemplary enlightening institutes – that have been founded through the generosity of Local Muslim Contributions and support, we accommodate and educate children and youth, who are in need of development, nourishment and sanctuary.
Through the kind efforts of our generous donors, thousands of children are given the opportunity of attaining an education, making them eminently more capable and able to be self- sufficient, and become productive members of society.
“If you know that cleanliness is half of your faith, then you will ensure cleanliness at all times ” says Imraan Adams, one of the educators at the new facility. He has experienced the full journey from student to educator, having graduated at the UICT headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey. “I have had opportunities I never could have dreamt of,” he reflects. “I spent four years in Turkey, but I decided to come back and work here in South Africa, because this is where I am needed.”
