 3.4.6 Skills Analysis
The municipal Skills Development Plan is reviewed annually to identify training and capacity building requirements. This analysis considers the departments with special focus on the Water Services Department which is the core function of the municipality and accounts for about 70% of all employees.
Table 3.8.6.1 gives the analysis of the critical and scarce skills within the Water Services Department.
