• If you are currently or have in the past attended another post-school institution, e.g. University, TVET college, private college, etc. you must indicate this in the relevant field on your application.

PLEASE NOTE
Your CAO number is your unique personal reference number and is important. Make sure to keep a record of it. You will need it whenever you communicate with us. The same applies to the EasyPay number. All payments to us must be made using this number.
Your CAO number and EasyPay number are provided to you onscreen and via email when you apply online.
Your CAO number is also required when you upload documents or when you want to complete a COM.
All documents must be uploaded onto our website. When applicants in Grade 12 apply, institutions require a copy of your ID and FINAL Grade 11 results. Therefore, in the first instance, try to upload these documents as soon as possible after you have applied. They also require your Grade 12 June results before they can consider your application for an early provisional/conditional offer so upload it as soon as you receive it. Do the same with your Trial Results.
