Ms Bérénice de La Croix is a social entrepreneur and the director of Learning
in Practice, a learning and development consultancy focusing on leadership development and transformation.A consultant of over 20 years’ experience,she brings cutting- edge skills and passion for developing people’s full potential as well as a wealth of experience in designing and facilitating dynamic change processes in corporate, government and non- governmental organizations. Current projects include the DUT School Engagement Project, Incubator of Dreamers, and the Resonate Leadership Academy. Qualifications include a B.A., H.D.E. from the University of Cape Town.
