Mr Louis du Plessis has been Head of the Department of Architecture in the Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment for over six years. He has an interest in implementing practical systems in order to leverage efficiencies within processes required in his position as HoD.This is not only evident in his approach to his PhD studies in Architecture that he is currently completing, but also in the manner in which he encourages the running of the department. The Department is well advanced in the utilization of the different online Learning Management Systems at DUT.
