Dr Peggy Pinky Mthalane
Department of Finance & Information Management
Faculty of Accounting and Informatics
Peggy Mthalane graduated with a PhD degree from the Department of Management Sciences (DUT).
She has lectured in Business and Information Management from 2003-2010 at DUT. She contributed to the recurriculation of the Qualification: Business and Information Management, offered across DUT campuses. She is a major contributor to the design of Project Management modules offered in the programme. Since 2011, she joined the department of Finance and Information Management based in the Midlands campus.
In 2020, she successfully contributed and coordinated the compilation of the Self Evaluation Report (SER) and the online programme review (Business and Information Management), comprised of all stakeholders, including industry representatives. She was one of the volunteers to review DUT’s Masters and Doctoral NRF applications in 2022.
