Mr Manikam Michael Nadar

Manikam Nadar is a professional that is passionate and committed to world class business strategies and people development.
He holds a Diploma and Bachelor ofTechnology degree in Human Resource Management, a Master of Philosophy in Quality Management and is current pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Quality Management. He has 38 years of manufacturing experience and is in full time employ as a Safety, Health, Environment and Risk Manager. He also has 12 years lecturing experience, having lectured on a part time
basis for various educational institutions, in the fields of Operations Management, Project Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, World Class Manufacturing and Entrepreneurship. Mr Nadar has published articles in the field of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Management and has presented a paper at the 2021 Mbali Virtual International Conference.
