Mr. James Toyin is a Construction Manager who strives to impact the construction industry with innovative technology.
He believes that innovative technology such as BIM, AI, AR, IoT etc., applications in the industry will improve quality output and save production construction time. He has contributed significantly to the construction industry and has served in different capacities as a student leader during his undergraduate studies, such as President, National Honorary General Secretary, etc. He has received a
series of leadership/comradeship awards. He is PMP and HSEP certified, member of the Nigerian Institute of Building, and member of Green Building Council Nigeria. Mr James holds Diploma Certificate in Building Technology from Kwara State Polytechnic and Bachelor with honors from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.
