Mr Mthandeni Sbongiseni Mkhize is a graduate from Unizulu and holds a bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences and Post Graduate
Diploma in Education obtained in 2003 and 2007. He is currently the Circuit Manager for Khanyisa Circuit the Mahlabathini Department of Education CMC, Zululand District. Some of his achievements as an educator include being awarded the Best Science Educator in KZN for 2008, Best Science Educator to represent South Africa in SA Young African Leadership Programme in Japan, Best Principal in KZN in 2015, Most Improved Subject in the Province as Subject Advisor 2019 and Most Improved Circuit in 2022.

Ms Melishnee Ruthanam
Ms Melishnee is the Lab Technician for the Community Health Studies department and the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Coordinator for the Environmental Health Program. Melishnee has obtained her Masters in Environmental Health and is currently registered for her PhD in Environmental Health. Her research focus area is Climate Change Education and Environmental Health.

Mr Cassim Vanker
Mr Cassim Vanker is a committed academic lecturer, software developer, and researcher at the Durban University ofTechnology.He has nineteen years of experience in the teaching and learning environment and previously worked as a software developer. For the past five years, he has been managing interns and software developers, client expectations, timelines, and budgets at the DUT AppFactory. Cassim is also a recipient of a commendation by HELTSA CHE for his contribution to the field of teaching and learning.
