It is with great pleasure and a sense of profound accomplishment that I introduce
this special commemorative coffee table book celebrating the 25th anniversary of our remarkable company. With this book we reflect on the journey that brought us to this point where we can showcase the tremendous achievements we have made along the way.

Twenty-five years ago, a small group of individuals embarked on a bold mission to create something extraordinary. Their vision, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence laid the foundation for what has become a thriving and influential organization. Today, we stand together as a testament to their remarkable foresight and collective efforts of countless individuals who have contributed to our success.
This coffee table book is not just a tribute to the past; it is a celebration of our present achievements and an inspiration for the future. Within the pages, you will find a kaleidoscope of memories, stories, and images that encapsulates the essence of our company’s journey. From humble beginnings to becoming a global force,

The book is a testament to the power of collaboration, creativity, and a shared vision. It showcases our diverse portfolio of groundbreaking projects, innovative solutions, and transformative impact. But it also captures the heart and soul of our company – the people , the values, and the culture that make us unique. It is a celebration of the relationships we have built, the bonds we have formed, and the positive difference we have made in the world.
Over these years the CAO has established itself as an integral part of the member institutions. For the first
fourteen years of its existence the CAO was led by Dr Ann Knock as CEO. After her retirement in February 2012 I acted as CEO and after a national recruitment search and rigorous application process I was appointed CEO in August 2012, a position which I still occupy.
This latter period can be viewed as a time to reposition the CAO from being a player in the administrative domain of member institutions to being an active partner in the advancement of the post-school experience for applicants and a source of valuable research data for institution policies and planning.
As we turn the pages of this book, let us not only reminisce about the past but also embrace the future with renewed vigour and determination. The next chapter of our journey awaits, filled with new opportunities, challenges, and possibilities. Let us draw inspiration from our past and achievements as we set our sights on even greater horizons.
