PARKRUNS
The Sapphire Coast plays host to two Parkruns every Saturday: Amanzimtoti Parkrun and East Coast Brewery Parkrun.
These are free, fun, and friendly 5km events where participants can walk, jog, or run. Both events start at 8am with the Amanzimtoti Parkrun meeting at Beach Road, while the East Coast Brewery Parkrun is from the brewery on 1 Oak Street, Ilfracombe in Umkomaas.

FULL MOON BEACH WALK
The monthly Full Moon Beach Walk departs from Baggies Kiosk in Warner Beach at sunset on the evening of full moon and turns back at Winklespruit Beach. Walkers are free to return at any point of the route. It is free and open for all to join in, including children and dogs on leashes.
