Tyatyantsi says that the Centre for Social Entrepreneurship has helped him with digital transformation, enabling him to reach more of his audience and everyone on the loop of every new design or vintage looks that their clients always request.
“The DUT Centre for Social Entrepreneurship has been an instrumental in our journey, providing me with mentorship, training and networking opportunities. The expertise in entrepreneurship has helped us to refine our strategies and achieve sustainable growth
ALT Projects Jr.’s motto is to always improve on relevant designs to new modern looks or opt for the vintage, classic look to your home, using the latest digital platforms which has made office work a lot easier. I am still in the process of learning and teaching my staff new abilities that can allow us to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving market and better our customers’ needs.
Currently ALT Projects Jr. employs a total of 16 people that are specializing in various aspects of operations, from development to sales and customer support. There are five (5)
employees doing an internship, 12 temporary workers and 4 permanent employees.
Moving forward, Tyatyantsi’s plan is to implement some of the information learned from the DUT CSERI Incubation program. They are seeking ways to improve their efficiency, by getting more skilled people to train their team and interns at large.
“We have a positive outlook only and expand our offerings in making long term contracts and enhance customer satisfaction by moving our offices to a better and well- equipped office and ALT Base.” He said.
His message to aspiring entrepreneurs is to always read books to enhance their knowledge, be patient with yourself, take it one step at a time because becoming a well-established business owner does not happen overnight.
