DUT CSERI Marketing Officer Ms. Snelisiwe Hlongwane had an in-depth conversation with IT Solution Business of the Year award winner, security solutions mogul, and entrepreneur, Seshme Holloway, the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JRS Solutions. JRS Solutions recently won the Best 2022 IT Solution of the year award and currently employs 14 permanent employees.
Q. How did the idea came about?
JRS Solutions was founded by Irwin & Seshme Holloway in 2008. We decided to combine our strengths and work together. Together we have over 25 years’ technical and administrative experience in the industry. One of our biggest challenges we faced being a new company was getting our foot in the door and building our client base. We now have a footprint in the industry with a growing client base.
Q. What services or products are available in your business?
JRS specializes in Integrated Security Solutions including CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, and PORT AUTOMATION. We have a passionate desire to introduce new methods and advanced technology to meet our clients’ needs.
Q. What motivated you to join the CSERI Incubation Programme?
I must commend DUT-CSERI on its outstanding programme. They have a unique approach by being personally invested in our business, constantly looking for opportunities to assist us and our individual needs. I have benefited greatly from the programme and most of had the honor of networking with our inspiring entrepreneurs. The following are the highlights
