PROJECT OVERVIEW
The first edition of this symposium was held on the 22nd August 2020 in Yaoundé under the theme; Women leaders: working together to Achieve Innovative Performance. The Symposium brought together female leaders from Public, private and nonprofit sectors to learn, share and build their capacities to develop innovative strategies for the improvement of female leadership, problem solving skills as well as organisational productivity.
TLeadership Organization Cameroon Chapter, that brings together female leaders to discuss learn and share perspectives around key thematic that are important to the growth of women and female leadership.
