HEAT STRIP REPLACEMENT POLICY

Heat strips are provided and installed by Hoseline, Inc. technicians. Customers that need to

facilitate the replacement of the heat strip, the HVAC Evaporator unit encased in the metal

body, must be returned to Hoseline Inc. The heat strip, when returned, will be tested and if

found to be defective, will be replaced and returned to the customer via UPS GROUND at no

charge.

Any modifications made to a Hoseline Inc. HVAC system without Hoseline Inc.’s written consent

will VOID any and all WARRANTIES. For Customers who wish to add or change heat strip size,

please contact Hoseline Inc. for a quote and to make arrangements to send the HVAC unit back

to Hoseline Inc. for repairs to be made.
