MAIN GOAL:
Conceptual: Self Portrait Exploration
Material/Medium: Try 3+ New Processes or Materials
My goal for this residency is to create 1-3 finished self-portrait pieces in
which I push my mixed media skills to the next level. I will choose 3 or
more new materials or processes to experiment with and spend the first
month fully exploring these new materials! I will then spend the last
two months creating the final self-portrait pieces using a combination of
both new and familiar materials. I would like at least one of the finished
pieces to be fully 3D and sculptural.
