We’re the Tops!
hroughout the rest of our lives, our friends
and faculty at C.B.A. will remain in our
hearts forever, along with the moments
that more and more kids experience each year. These
groups include Amnesty International, which send
letters to governments and countries all over the
world to help free political prisoners. Then there’s
S.A.D.D., which stands for Students Against Drunk
Driving. Along with S.A.D.D. comes S.A.D.D.
Day, in which students learn about the hazards of
drinking and driving, which everyone should be
aware of.
No matter what activities you were involved in,
whether you were in high school or junior high,
the fond memories of the past year at C.B.A. will
spent with the entire school during pep rallies for
the Homecoming Game, and before that. Tacky
Day, Wacky Tie Day, and Hat Day.
The times at C.B.A. that one might hold in
one’s heart may have been spent in groups, such
as the La Sallian Youth Group. The LaSallian
Youth Group is a wonderful group that is very
exciting and interesting if you enjoy going to new
places and meeting new people. There are many
other groups that can take one to new and different
places whether they involve leaving the classroom,
or leaving reality as with Writer’s Guild.
Of course, there is a more serious side to C.B.A.
remain with you always.
Band allows students to show off their musical tal ents. Joel Bialek poses proudly with his drums.
Many people look for ward to gym class. Maybe John Fletcher is so excit ed because he gets to do aerobics.
