Swimming, like other sports, in­ spires the team through competition. Swimming, differs from other sports in that it emphasizes individual per­ formance — that is when it is your turn to compete, you are all alone on the block competing against your personal best as well as the opposing team. Your toughest competition is yourself. In our experience as CBA swimmers, the collective efforts of each individual have molded togeth­ er to form one, unified. Section 3 Class B Championship team.
