T he 1992 Brothers Football
campaign can best be I summed up by its game with
rival Solvay. The Brothers 1=
scored first and converted its extra
point only to lose when a botched
extra point by Solvay turned into a
two point conversion and the winning
point. The Brothers ended up 2-6 not
for a lack of effort or talent but rather
luck. Jeff Ambrosie has the lone First
Team All-League Offense Player Hon
or. Frank Giufre and Pete Rossoman
both made Second Team All-League
and a host of Brothers lead by Jeff
Harrigan and Nick DiVeronica made
Honorable Mention. The team grad
uates six seniors; Jeff Ambrosie, Kevin
Mahony, Devin Stelljes, Matt Kamin
ski, Jared Mayes, and Pat Ryan. With
a talented group of juniors and the
addition of an up and coming S.LJ.
program, the Brothers should be look
ing forward to nothing less than a
league title next year.
