aher, as usual, has helped the band reach a
new level of playing. The band, which consisted
of numerous younger instrumentalists, prac
ticed and performed several complicated se
lections. This year, the band has reached new
heights.
A spin off of the band is the talented jazz
ensemble. Although lacking in numbers, the en
semble had a great sound. The skills exhibited
by the young and small group show promise
for the future of the music department.
