T he fifties Musical Bye Bye Birdie asks in song the question: “What’s the Matter With Kids?” The answer
of course is: “Nothin!” if one looks at the question through the perspective of student life at CBA. An impressive array of after school activities found students performing a myriad of tasks from cropping pictures for yearbook to writing speeches about the tra vails of participation in a Forensics tourna ment. As trophies appeared in the office,
Mock Trial members received commenda tions for their efforts in Moot Court, and even Dungeons and Dragons participants advanced to higher levels of danger, it was clear how important extracurriculars were in the larger scheme. Whereas in Septem ber, the cry for new members was heard from many organizations, by June, students could look back with satisfaction on how right the year had been.
